How to Use – Heat Press / Iron-On Instructions

Heat Press (recommended):

1. Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Place patch where desired, adhesive side down.

3. Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.

4. Press at 300–320°F (149–160°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.

5. Allow to cool slightly, then check edges. Re-press if needed, especially on thick seams or hat fronts.

Household Iron (if no heat press):

1. Set iron to cotton / high with no steam.

2. Press firmly for 15–25 seconds, lifting and pressing rather than sliding.

3. Let cool and check that all edges are secure.

For heavy use or curved hat fronts, you may optionally add a few stitches for extra security.
