🔥 Heat Press Instructions

1. Preheat press to 320–330°F

2. Place patch adhesive-side down

3. Cover with Teflon or parchment paper

4. Press 10–15 seconds with medium pressure

5. Let cool completely

6. Optional: press again from inside garment for added hold
