Heat Press (Recommended):

• Temperature: 315°F–330°F

• Time: 12–15 seconds

• Medium pressure

• Cover with Teflon or parchment

• Allow to cool fully

• Optional: Repress 5 seconds for extra edge security

Household Iron:

• Cotton setting

• Firm pressure, 15–20 seconds

• Do not move the iron while pressing

• Let cool completely
