Heat Press Instructions:

1. Set heat press to 300–325°F (150–163°C)

2. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture

3. Place transfer face up on garment

4. Press with medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds

5. Cold peel the film slowly

6. Press again with parchment/Teflon sheet for 5–7 seconds for extra durability
